About Me
I’m Cesar Domingo Sangalang, a Senior Art Director and Creative Lead with over 21 years shaping brands across the Middle East and beyond. My career has taken me through world class agencies and high profile projects, from Expo 2020 Dubai to global sports, Real Estates, Philip morris International, Grand Prix F1 at Yas Marina HQ and future forward destinations.
Over the years, I’ve led creative for brands that demand impact such as Leo Burnett MENA, Ogilvy, BCW, MCH Global, Sparks Foundry, and my own studio, Salto Creatives. My portfolio spans national campaigns, brand guidelines, high end product visuals, experiential activations, and digital ecosystems that live well beyond the first impression. Notably, I contributed to Ain Dubai’s launch video content, creating visuals for the world’s largest observation wheel.
Alongside industry experience, I hold CPD accredited certifications including Certified Prompt Engineering Expert, which keep my creative leadership at the intersection of design and technology. I have also earned professional certifications from the London School of Business Administration (LSBA) in Leadership and Brand Management, as well as a Leadership and Management Diploma from YouView London University. These credentials reinforce my ability to bridge creativity with strategy, ensuring ideas are not only bold but also commercially grounded.
What sets my work apart is a fusion of strategy, storytelling, and AI powered design. I’m as comfortable building brand identities from the ground up as I am directing high fashion editorial shoots or engineering prompts for the next wave of generative creativity.
